Chaiquinta Pet Hotel - Luxury Pet Accomodation
CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE
All Cats must be fully inoculated against feline viral rhinotracheitis, feline calicivirus disease, feline leukaemia and feline panleucopenia.
All Dogs must be fully inoculated against distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, leptospirosis, parainfluenza and kennel cough.
A current certificate must be produced for inspection prior to boarding.
All animals boarded must be in good health.
If your pet develops any illness or condition after arrival, the proprietor of the Pet Hotel cannot be held responsible.
We reserve the right to call a veterinary surgeon if we feel it is necessary.
Every endeavour will be made to take your pet to your own vet wherever necessary, however, we reserve the right to use another vet if it is in the best interest of your pet.
The proprietors must be advised of any pre-existing illness or conditions on arrival. The booking will be cancelled until a vet has given the animal a clean bill of health.
Whilst all reasonable care and attention is given to each pet, all animals are left entirely at the owner's risk.
FAILURE TO COLLECT PET AFTER BOARDING
If you fail to collect your pet within 14 days of the due date of departure the proprietors of Chaiquinta Pet Hotel have the authority to rehome/dispose of the animal without further reference to the owner provided that the owner has not made arrangements in writing to extend the stay.
REFUSAL OF BOOKINGS
The management reserve the right to refuse/revoke any booking of an animal at any time without notice or reason being given.
All fees are charged per day, this includes the day of arrival and the day of departure.
All fees are charged for the full period of the booking in the event of early collection of your pets.
Fees may still be charged for ate cancelletion or failure to arrive.
Payment for boarding fees may be made as follows:-
